Day 7

Sleepy. Sore. Lazy. That's the beginning of Day 7. Good Morning.

Breakfast (625am):
- 5 pieces of turkey bacon
- 3 eggs, sunny-side up
-24 oz of Chevron coffee

Lunch (1145am)
-Chipotle steak bowl - fajita mix, salsa, guacamole, steak
-12oz of unsweetened iced tea
-24oz of diet coke (the tea started to taste awful)

Snack
-1 oz of cranberry, almonds, and cashew trail mix.

No WOD tonight

Dinner
-5 chicken with some light cream sauce, mushrooms, and bell peppers
-banana.

Stayed somewhat correct today. Woohoo!
